Before The Event

• One initial consultation

• Begin preparations 4 - 6 months before event

• Up to three on-site visits of venue

• Complete assistance with event design/decor

• Communicate and book additional vendors

• Assistance with guest list

• Coordinate hotel/transportation accommodations (if required)

• Detailed timeline of event

• Coordinate logistics with all vendors

• Complete floor plan design for event set up

• Final walk through 

Day of The Event

• Up to 12 hours of on-site coordinating (extra charge if requested to stay longer)

• Full coordinating with vendors of set up/clean up

• Make sure everyone is on time/following schedule

• Answer any questions or concerns from family, guests, etc. 

• Dealing with all the little details so you can enjoy your event without a worry
